ASSIGNED TO AIR RESCUE SERVICE

Staff Sgt. Dennis C. Gostomski, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gostomskl of route 1, Thorp, has graduated from the course for H. S. Air Force aircraft instrument technicians at Sheppard, AFB, Texas, and Is being assigned to a unit of the Air Rescue Service (ARS) at Eglin AFB, Fla. His squadron supports the ARS mission of operating a global searcth and rescue network for downed aircraft, recovery of astronauts, and assistance during disasters. The sergeant attended Thorp High School and his wife, Constance, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wright of West Palm Beach, Fla.
