WITH COLLEGE SYMPHONIC BAND

David Schauer, Thorp, is a member of the Eau Claire State College Symphonic band which will present a folk music concert Sunday, March 1, in Schofield auditorium, at 8:15 p.m.

The concert will feature selections from Gershwin's Porgy and Bess; Vaughn William's Folk Song Suite; Copland's Variations on a Shaker Melody; and Bennett's Suite of Old American Dances.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Schauer, 100 South Washington St., Thorp, Wisconsin.
