LYNN MAN IS GRANTED DIVORCE ON SATURDAY

Neillsville--Carl Sternitzky, Lynn, was granted a default divorce from Blanche Sternitzky, Saturday, by Judge E. W. Crosby, in circuit court, on a desertion charge.

According to the testimony of Mr. Sternitzky, his wife left him and their six children, the youngest an infant of seven months, on April 2, to go with another married man.

The court in granting the divorce severely censured the wife, and ordered V. W. Nehs, plaintiff's attorney, to draw the judgement to exclude the wife from any alimony and the forfeiture of all property and dower rights in the husband's property.
