Lloyd M. Kenyon, now in service in Florida, has brought divorce action in the local Circuit court again Geraldine Kenyon. He is a member of the Kenyon family of Greenwood, while his wife resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The Kenyons were married in 1939, and he alleges that she deserted him in 1942. The court has granted him the right to give his disposition in Florida.
