Mrs. Adam Egnoski Dies at Hospital

Mrs. Adam Egnoski, 74, of 490 Punboqua St., died Sunday at 9:15 a.m. at Mercy Hospital, where she had been a patient for the past four weeks. She had been ill since June.

The former Frances Masianka, she was born Oct. 4, 1882, in Otis, Ind., and on Feb. 12, 1901, was married to Adam Egnoski. They lived in Owen and Thorp before coming here (Oshkosh, Wis.) to reside in 1920. Mrs. Egnoski was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.

Surviving are her husband, Adam and four sons: Edward Egnoski, Fremont, Ralph Egnoski, Lansing, Mich., George and Lawrence Egnoski, Oshkosh; two daughter, Mrs. Ben Schultz, Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Elder Mellentine, Oshkosh; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Sosinski, Oshkosh, and Mrs. Alex Perch, Chicago; one brother, Steve Maslanka, Thorp; and five grandchildren.

Services will be held Thursday at 8:30 a.m. at Fiss & Bill's Funeral Home and 9 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 p.m. on Wednesday until the hour of services. The rosary will be recited Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

TODAY'S DEATHS

Adam Egnoski

Adam Egnoski, 78, of 1502 Punoqua St., died Wednesday at 8 p.m. at his home. He had been in failing health for some time.

He was born in Lemont, Illinois on March 25, 1881 and was married Feb 25, 1901, to Miss Frances Maslanka, who preceded him in dath on Jan. 13, 1957. They resided in Owen and Thorp before coming to Oshkosh in 1920.

Before his retirement, Mr. Egnoski had been employed by CKL Manufacturing Company. He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.

Surviving are four sons: Lawrence and George Egnoski, Oshkosh, Edward Egnoski, Fremont, and Ralph Egnoski, San Diego, Calif., two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Schultz, Long Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Dorothy Mellentine, Oshkosh, one brother, Josph Egnoski, Whitewater five grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services will be hel Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at Fiss & Bills Funeral Hoime and 9 a.m. at St. Peter's Catholic Church, interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from Friday at 3 p.m. until the hour of services. The rosary will be recited Friday at 7:30 p.m.
