Don’t forget Rein’s dance, the 23rd. Badger orchestra.

Miss Viola Fricke left Monday for Stevens Point to attend the normal.

Mrs. Carl Reyer and her sister, Miss Sylvia Brehm, were Marshfield visitors last Saturday.

Mrs. August Johnson visited a few days last week at Colby with Mr. and Mrs. Behrens.

Earl White and Miss Mabel Cook of Wausau, attended the farewell party Monday night.

Work on the bridge is progressing rapidly these days and in a few weeks Mr. Clark will let us walk across (on the water.)

Mr. and Mrs. Otto Weymueller, of Loyal, and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wendel, of Spencer, spent Sunday with the Otto Heintz and Wm. Brill, Jr., families.

Sell Brothers and their crew of carpenters, who have been busy erecting John Hirsch’s new up-to-date farm house, have finished and will leave for their home in Batavia Wednesday. The boys like the country and will be back again this fall.

Mr. and Mrs. Will Roth and daughter, Norma spent Sunday at Spirit Lake, where Bill played at the summer resort with the Abbotsford band. While there they were the guests of Dr. Soles and wife of Spencer, Wisconsin, who have a cottage at the lake.
