Pacholke, Ruby (Marriage - 12 Sept. 1933)

One of the pretty informal weddings of the season was that of Miss Ruby Pacholke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Pacholke of the town of Hull, and Edwin Fults of Abbotsford, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Fults, which was solemnized Tuesday afternoon at St. John’s Ev. Church at Colby, the Rev. G. F. Hahn performed the ceremony.

The bridal couple was attended by Miss Viola Gries as bridesmaid, Miss Mae Hinkel (Henkel?) as maid of honor, Howard Pacholke, an uncle of the bride and Robert Waech of Abbotsford, Wis.

A reception and wedding supper for fifteen guests followed in the late afternoon at the home of the bride’s parents, which had been decorated with autumn foliage, garden flowers and streamers in peach, blue and white. In the evening a wedding dance was given and a large crowd attended.

The couple will spend their honeymoon in Chicago at the World’s Fair. They will reside in Abbotsford where Mr. Fults is employed.
