LOYAL -- Anthony "Tony" Wiater, 62, formerly of the Loyal/Greenwood area, died July 7, 2008, at Whitehall.

Cuddie Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Anthony 'Tony' Wiater

LOYAL -- Anthony "Tony" Wiater, 63, of Whitehall, formerly of Neillsville, died Monday, July 7, 2008, at the River Way North Adult Family Home in Whitehall.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 10, at Cuddie Funeral Home in Loyal. Burial will follow in the Neillsville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

Anthony 'Tony' Wiater

LOYAL -- Anthony "Tony" Wiater, 63, of Whitehall, formerly of Neillsville, died Monday, July 7, 2008, at the River Way North Adult Family Home in Whitehall.

Services will be at 11 a.m. today at the Cuddie Funeral Home in Loyal. Burial will follow in Neillsville City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

He was born Oct. 10, 1945, in Chicago, the son of Frank and Charlotte (Stus) Wiater. He moved, as a young boy, with his family to Neillsville, where he was raised on the family farm and received his education. He worked with his parents on the family farm until entering the Clark County Health Care Center in Owen. He later moved to the family home in Whitehall where he resided until his death.

Tony is survived by two brothers, Eugene (Bonnie) Wiater, Buffalo City, and Cyril Wiater, Withee; and three sisters, Caroline Palms, Neillsville, Mary Ann Ormond, Marshfield, and Patricia Wiater, Omro; nieces and nephews.
