Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Rex observed their 30th wedding anniversary Sunday, May 27, at their farm home near Unity. Guests at the surprise party included Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kuester and family, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kuesel and family, Mrs. Annie Hardrath, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Neuman, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Verkilen, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Tober, all of the neighboring vicinity and Mr. and Mrs. Orville Rex of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The evening was spent socially and lunch was served.
