Rozell & Bacon Families
Contact: Iris Rozell/e Cogburn

My Great Grand-Father Nelson Perry Rozell helped lay the tracks when they were first layed through Neilsville in the 1800 according to his son, my grand-father George Albertus Rozell. Nelson Perry is the Son of Michael Rozell of which Rozellville,Wi. is named after him. Elizabeth Bacon was his wife and some of her family came west from Pa.& N.Y. as well. I am trying to put some history of Nelson Perry for the Bacon/Spencer.org website of our family. If you can find any information on these two families in this area it would be greatly appreciated. Any information about the building of the Railroad would be wonderful as well. Thank-you Iris Rozell Cogburn P.O.Box 115 Endeavor Wi. 53930
