Parker, Hiram B. (20 OCT 1865 - 25 JUN 1947)
Hiram Baldwin Parker, 81, died June 25, 1947. He had been in ill health for the past five years. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. F. A. Fahlgren at the Georgas Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Saturday. Interment was made in the Neillsville Cemetery.
The deceased was born to the James Parkers in Grant County, Wis. on Oct. 20, 1865. He received his early education there and had been a resident of Clark county for the past 50 years. He was employed in sawmill work at Dells Dam and Tioga. About 37 years ago he moved to the Andy Metcalf farm in the town of Hewett. Mr. Parker had served nine years as school treasurer and had been town chairman…. (the rest of my copy was cut off).
