Miss Betty Evans, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cleve Evans, Neillsville, and Robert Free, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Free of Neillsville, were married June 22 at 4 p.m. in the Zion Evangelical and Reformed Church. The Rev. N. J. Dechant officiated at the double ring ceremony.

Edna Shaw and Dick Lowe were attendants for the couple.

The couple spent a two-week honeymoon at Lake Arbutus.

Mr. Free is employed at the J.C. Penney Co. in Neillsville. They have an apartment in the Lorraine apartment building.
