Mertens, Phyllis Lorraine (Marriage - 31 August 1946)
In a service on August 31 at St. Katherine’s Church in Owen, Miss Phyllis Lorraine Mertens, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Mertens of Withee, became the bride of William G. Catura, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. William Catura of Owen. The Rev. Ortmayer of Chippewa Falls and the Rev. Crosby of Owen officiated. The couple will reside in Owen where the groom is employed as a telephone lineman.
