Brown, Ruth M. (9 SEP 1942)

Ruth M. Brown, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bert B. Brown, and Corp. Louis F. Rufener of Madras, Oregon, were united in marriage on Wednesday morning, Sept. 9th.

The wedding took place at St. Columbia’s church, Dotham, Alabama, with the Rev. Fr. (Lieut) Cuddy, a chaplain at Napier Field, performing the ceremony. Breakfast was served at eleven o’clock at the Houston Hotel in Dothan.

The bride is a graduate of the Loyal high school of 1938, and has been employed for four years at Hartford, Wis., and during the past years at Biloxi, Miss.

The groom has been in the U.S. Air Force for the past year and has been located at Napier Field, Dothan, Alabama.

The Tribune joins the many friends of the newlyweds in wishing them much happiness.
