Nemitz, Anita (Marriage - 1946)

On Sunday afternoon at the Neillsville Indian Mission School, the marriage of Miss Anita Nemitz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Nemitz of Alma Center, and Chloris Lowe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Lowe of the Indian Mission at Black River Falls, was solemnized, the Rev. Ben Stucki of the Indian School, performing the ceremony.

The bride wore a beige suit, trimmed in brown, and had brown accessories. Her flowers were a corsage of red carnations. The groom also wore brown.

Attendants were Mrs. Ben Stucki and Miss Hattie Gander. Miss Gander was the groom’s first teacher when he attended the local Indian School.

The bride is a graduate of the Alma Center High School, and the groom is a graduate of the high school in Black River Falls, where the groom has employment with the railroad company.
