Bardeleben, Gladyce Alma (Marriage - 20 April 1946)

Miss Gladyce Alma Bardeleben, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Bardeleben, Town of Pine Valley, and B. M. 2/c James D. Cummings, son of Mr. and Mrs. James D. Cummings, Neillsville, were married Saturday, April 20, at a Lutheran Church parsonage in Reno, Nevada. The Rev. William Eicklberg performed the double ring ceremony. The bride wore a grey suit with white accessories, and a corsage of white gardenias. Attendants for the couple were an army colonel and his friend. A friend of the groom, and a navy nurse were married with the Cummingses.

B. M. and Mrs. Cummings are both graduates of Neillsville High School. Mrs. Cummings has been employed at the Lewerenz Sweet Shop as waitress for the past four years, and he has been in the navy for five and one-half years. He expects his discharge in February 1947.

After a brief honeymoon at Benicia, Cal., the couple is now at home in Stockton, Cal.
