Stecker, Barbara (30 May 1866 - 26 January 1948)

Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Stecker, 81, will be held this afternoon from the Lulloff Funeral Home in Colby, Wisconsin at 1:30 o’clock, and at 2 o’clock from the Evangelical Reformed Lutheran Church. The Rev. F. P. Puhlman will officiate. She died Monday afternoon at the home of her daughter near Colby, Wis.

Mrs. Stecker was born May 30, 1866, in Sheboygan County and came to the Town of Green Grove when she was seven years old. On November 2, 1886, she was married to Fred Stecker, who died 42 years ago.

Surviving are two sons, Fred, Town of Colby, and William of New Richmond; a daughter, Mrs. Frank (Edna) Meyer, Colby; a sister, Mrs. Mary Klemm, Ladysmith; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
