Shaw, Edna Delores (Marriage - 28 February 1948)

Miss Edna Delores Shaw of Milwaukee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Shaw of Neillsville, and Richard Lowe, also of Milwaukee, son of Mrs. Ella Lowe of Ripon, and G. H. Lowe of Neillsville, were married on February 28, in a ceremony performed in Rock Island, Ill., by Rev. Campbell, pastor of the Methodist church of that city. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Whalen of Davenport, Ia. Mr. Whalen and Mr. Lowe became friends during the war.

The bride graduated from the Neillsville High School with the class of 1947, and since her graduation has been employed as a stenographer by Allis-Chalmers of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The groom was graduated from the Neillsville High School with the class of 1943. During the war he served in the air corps and recently has been attending a mortician’s school in Milwaukee, where he will be graduated in June. They will reside in Milwaukee until after his graduation.
