Rose S. Carle

Abbotsford, Wis. -- Rose S. Carle, 95, of Abbotsford, formerly of Milwaukee and New Berlin, died Wednesday, July 30, 2008, at the Golden Living Center-Continental Manor in Abbotsford, Wis.

Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, 2008, at Wisconsin Memorial Park Chapel of The Flowers, 13235 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield. Entombment will follow in The Garden of Eternal Life. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time Monday at the chapel.

Rose was born April 17, 1913, in Milwaukee to Joseph and Martha (Gigante) Guagliardo. She married Richard Carle on June 9, 1933, at the courthouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was employed at Globe Union in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The family later moved to New Berlin until the death of her husband on Nov. 25, 1987. Rose moved to the Abbotsford area to live with her daughter and son-in-law, Dolores and the Rev. Robert Everhard.

Rose is survived by her daughter, Dolores (Rev. Robert) Everhard of Abbotsford; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and one brother, Louis (Marion) Guagliardo, Laguna Woods, Calif.
