Carle, Rose (Guagliardo) (Apr 17, 1913 - Jul 30, 2008)

Rose Carle, 95, Abbotsford, formerly of Milwaukee and New Berlin died Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at the Golden Living Center-Continental Manor in Abbotsford, Wis.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until time of services in The Chapel of The Flowers on Monday.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 4, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. at Wisconsin Memorial Park Chapel of The Flowers, 13235 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI. The Rev. Joseph Auftermaur will officiate. Entombment will follow in The Garden of Eternal Life.

Rose was born April 17, 1913, in Milwaukee to Joseph and Martha (Gigante) Guagliardo.

She attended grade school and graduated from Washington High School, both in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Rose married Richard Carle in June 9, 1933, at the courthouse n Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

She was employed at Globe-Union in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The family later moved to New Berlin until the death of her husband Richard on November 25, 1987.

Rose then moved to the Abbotsford area to live with her daughter and son in law, Dolores and Reverend Robert Everhard. She resided with her daughter until moving to the nursing home in 1997.

She was a former member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in West Allis.

Rose enjoyed cooking and baking.

Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
