Maxwell, David B. #2 (30 MAY 1832 - 13 JUN 1904)

David Boyd Maxwell died at the home south of this city (on the old Green farm, Neillsville, Clark Co., Wis.) at 4:30 p.m. Monday, June 13th, 1904, of typhoid fever, aged 72 years, 14 days. He had been in feeble health for some years. Arrangements for the funeral are awaiting the arrival of a daughter, Mrs. Chas. Oldham, from the west.

Decedent was born at Saratoga, N.Y., May 30, 1832, came with his parents to Waupun, Wis., at an early day, then to Sparta. Later, he having married, lived in Kansas, and in 1892 came here. He was a brother of the late Mrs. Ezra Tompkins. He leaves the wife and three children, Kate, Elsworth and Jessie (Mrs. Oldham). His brother and sisters have passed away.
