Jones, Blanche #2 (22 JAN 1879 - 20 FEB 1905)

Mrs. George Jones died at the home of Wheeler Forman in this city (Neillsville, Clark Co., Wis.) on Monday, Feb. 20, 1905, at 2 p.m., death resulting from spinal meningitis. The woman had suffered greatly, and became blind some time before her death came to her relief. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at the M. E. Church, Rev. G. W. Campbell officiating.

Deceased was born on the farm in York (Clark Co.) Jan. 22, 1879, was married Aug. 6, 1896. She had been ailing since last Thanksgiving, took to her bed Christmas Day, and was brought to Neillsville seven weeks ago last Monday. The interment was in the Neillsville Cemetery here.

She leaves the husband, who is a son of H. Jones of Christie, a little son four years old, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Perk Cross of York, at whose home she and her family had been living until she came to the Forman home for treatment.
