Yoker, Herbert #2 (29 NOV 1874 - 22 JUL 1905)

Herbert Yoker died Saturday morning, following an operation Friday for tuberculosis of the hip joint. It has been a very persistent case, and previous operations had been necessary. The funeral was Monday, Rev. W. T. Hendren conducting the services.

Deceased was aged 30 years and 8 months, was the son of Mrs. Hannah Yoker, and leaves the mother, the brothers, Elmer and Adolph of Portland, Ore., and Oscar of this city, and the sisters Mrs. Will Wetstein of Sparta and Minnie of this city. He was a Spanish War veteran, and was with Co. A. in Puerto Rico. The funeral was from the house. He was an excellent young man and leaves many to mourn his early death.
