Johnson, Willard C. (18 February 1910 - 10 June 1970)

Willard C. Johnson, 60, of Marshfield, brother of Mr. H. H. Quicker of Neillsville and a former Lynn area resident, died June 10 after a lingering illness. Funeral services were held in Marshfield, with Rev. Walter J. Schultheiss officiating. Burial was made in the Town of Lynn Cemetery.

Mr. Johnson was born February 18, 1910, in Lynn, and received his education there. He graduated from the Granton High School. He married the former Carol Fradette on June 10, 1931. He worked in Marshfield at Roddis Lumber, and for the last 33 years he was employed at the post office. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.

Survivors include: his wife; a son Robert Johnson of Minneapolis, Minn.; two granddaughters: a sister, Mrs. Hubert (Nellie) Quicker of Neillsville; and a brother, Harvey Johnson of Lynn.
