Miss Betty Sue Morgan, daughter of M. C. Morgan of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Hilarian John Michlig, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Michlig of Curtiss, exchanged marriage vows in St. Bernard’s Catholic church in Abbotsford on Wednesday morning, Rev. Raymond B. Schulz officiating at the ceremony. Mrs. Myron Ewert of Curtiss, sister of the groom, was matron of honor and the groom was attended by his brother, David Michlig, as best man.
The bride was attired in a navy blue suit with light blue accessories and her corsage consisted of white carnations and red Garnet roses. The matron of honor wore a grey suit with pink accessories and her corsage consisted of pink and white carnations.
A reception was held at the Michlig home in Curtiss. The newlyweds are making their home in Abbotsford, Wis.
The bride is employed at the Ko-Z Café in Colby and her husband is employed by the Gateway Lumber Co. in Spencer.
