Hopfensberger, Esther (26 AUG 1939) At a nuptial high mass in the Holy Name Catholic Church in Kimberly, two sisters, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hopfensberger, became bride on Saturday morning.

Miss Esther Hopfensberger and Roman Thiel of Appleton exchanged marriage vows, as did Miss Irene Hopfensberger and Harvey Van Dyke of Wrightstown. The two couples acted as attendants for each other at the double wedding.

Following the ceremony immediate relatives joined the bridal couples in a wedding breakfast served at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Hopfensberger at Kimberly.

On Sunday afternoon a reception was held and a wedding dinner served to about 50 guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Thiel, parents of Roman Thiel. In the evening a wedding dance was held at Kimberly.

Mr. and Mrs. Thiel are making their home in Appleton and Mr. and Mrs. Van Dyke at Kaukauna.
