Knoff, William (Golfing Award - 1970)

William Knoff of Neillsville, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Knoff and a new bridegroom was selected as “most valuable golfer” at Michigan Technological University, Houghton, Mich. Knoff, a junior, was medalist in all but three of the Huskies’ seven dual meets, and compiled an average of 76.8 strokes per round. A graduate of Neillsville High School, Knoff starred in basketball, football and golf while here.
