The Humbird drug store and the bank building have again changed hands, and this time Herman Schultz, of Alma Center, becomes the owner. Henry Russell, who received the property from John Babler last month in exchange for Texas land, made the transfer the latter part of the week to Mr. Schultz. It is reported that the consideration was over $7,000. Mr. Schultz has placed the drug store in charge of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Cole. J.W. Babler and wife, who were expecting to leave for their new home in Texas the 5th, postponed their departure until a better spell of weather predominates. They how plan on leaving on the 19th.
