WATER CUPS INCREASE MILK YIELDS

Cow testing associations in Minnesota are finding that the installation of drinking cups in the barns increases the milk yields enough to make them pay for themselves in a short time.

The cows can get a drink of pure water whenever they want it, taking advantage of the conveniences immediately after eating their grain rations and again during the night. They also aid the health of the cow, besides saving considerable labor.
