Pries, Christina #2 (5 JAN 1857 - 15 NOV 1939)

Funeral services for Mrs. Christina Pries, who died early Wednesday morning at the home of her son, Otto, will be conducted Friday afternoon at 1:30 at the Zink Funeral Home. The Rev. Nicolas Jardine will conduct the services. Interment will follow in the Westboro Cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Pries made their home on farms near Westboro and Rib Lake until the time of his death in 1915. Since that time she made her home with her children, the last two months of her life she spent at the home of her son, Otto.

Death came early Wednesday morning rather suddenly, as she had been in comparatively good health until Monday. Diabetes and complications of old age caused her death.

Mrs. Pries was a member of the Followers of Christ.

The deceased is survived by three daughters: Mrs. Chester Curran, Rib Lake; Mrs. John Lucia, Westboro; Mrs. Georg Fyksen, Marshfield; and one son, Otto, of Abbotsford, Wis.
