Rites Today for Mrs. Jorgensen

MEDFORDFuneral services for Mrs. Andrew Jorgensen, 70, town of Holway were scheduled to be held this afternoon at the Ruesch Funeral Home, with the Rev. Lloyd McCormick, Chili, officiating, and burial in Dorchester Memorial cemetery.

Mrs. Jorgensen died at her home Wednesday morning. The former Martha Britton was born at Sandstone, Minn., on Feb. 24, 1895, and came to Taylor County about 1919, settling on a farm near Stetsonville and later moving to the town of Holway.

She received her education at Sandstone and was married to Andrew Jorgensen in 1915. He died in May, 1945. She was a member of the United Brethern Church.

Surviving are five sons, Raymond, Williams, Iowa; Hans, Fairmont, Minn.; William, Sheffield, Iowa; and Irving and Norman, Withee, a sister, Mrs. Peter Reiter, Waite Park, Minn.; four brothers, Clarence Britton and Richard Britton, of Waite Park and Gordon Britton and William Britton, both of Sandstone, and 16 grandchildren.
