Rahn, Otto Alvin (June 8, 1975 - May 21, 1932)

Otto Rahn Dies At Colby; Burial Planned In City

Otto Rahn, 56, of Colby, formerly of this city, passed away Saturday evening at his home, following an illness of several years duration.

Mr. Rahn was born in Town Sheboygan on June 8, 1875. He was married on December 14, 1906, to Emma De Karske. One child, who died in infancy, was born to this union. His first wife passed away on April 4, 1919.

Two years later, Mr. Rahn moved to Colby, where he resided since. In 1928 he was married to Mrs. Martha Wiegman.

He is survived by his wife; three children; three brothers, William Rahn of Sheboygan; Ernest of Colby and Henry of Seymour and by three sisters, Mr. Anna Bahn, of Green Grove, Wis.; Miss Ida Rahn, Sheboygan and Miss Mary Rahn of Evanston, Illinois.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Colby, after which the body will be sent to Sheboygan. At 2 p.m. Wednesday interment will be made in the Lutheran Cemetery here.
