She is survived by six sons: Bert Potter, Tacoma, Wash.; Robert, Metalane Falls, Wash.; Edward, Lancaster, Ohio; Markus, Menasha, Eugene, Berwyn, Ill.; and Marion, Owen; two daughters, Mrs. Eva Soli, L’Anse, Mich., and Mrs. Ruth McCann, Arlington, Va., 23 grandchildren, among them, Mrs. Harold Kuehn, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), 12 great-grandchildren, among them, Susan and ruth Anne Kuehn. A son, Roy Potter, preceded her in death.

A member of St. Katherine’s Episcopal Church, Mrs. Hazen had been a charter member of the Guild. She had been a resident of Owen for about 12 years, having owned and operated a restaurant here after her arrival from Stanley.
