TOWN OF HOARD

A surprise party was given Mrs. Glenn Buchanan on Wednesday, April 11th by the ladies of this neighborhood. The ladies brought lunch and a very good time was had over the coffee cups. Everyone left some present in token of their best wishes to Mr. Buchanan.

Mr. Thompson from Elva, Wisconsin, is visiting a few days at the home of Marcus Hermanson.

Mr. Allen Knight has been under the doctors care at Chippewa Falls, came home Thursday, felling very much better.

Mr. and Mrs. Axel Rued were Curtiss callers Monday.

Mrs. Cornel Erickson visited a few days of last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hanson.

Mrs. Alfred Erickson and Mrs. Geary spent Monday afternoon at the Cornell Erickson home.

Mr. Charley Bush and Clarence Geary transacted business in Owen Monday.

Mrs. Herman Kohls and Mrs. Gust. Becken called on Mrs. Marcus Hermanson Monday afternoon.
