Carol Jean (Zwiefelhofer) Finnegan, 72, died May 6, 2007, in Vancouver.

Finnegan was born Jan. 9, 1935, in Boyd, Wisconsin. She lived in Clark County for 47 years, the last 10 years in Yacolt.

Finnegan enjoyed watching television, old black and white movies, and keeping house.

Finnegan was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Finnegan, in 1987, and brother Walt Zwiefelhofer in 2000. Survivors include sons Charlie Finnegan of Yacolt and Mike Finnegan of Oregon, daughters Orinne Jones of California, Mary Ellis of Oregon and Joan Finnegan of Vancouver, brothers Jerry Zwiefelhofer, Allen Zwiefelhofer, Jim Zwiefelhofer and Alfred Zwiefelhofer, all of California, and Darrell Zwiefelhofer of Oregon, sister Alice Adams of Arlington, 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Burial was at Yacolt Cemetery, Yacolt, with Layne’s Funeral Home, Battle Ground, in charge of arrangements.
