Kaszubowksi, Ted A. (27 Aug. 1918 - 7 Nov. 2008)

THORP -- Ted A. Kaszubowski, 90, of Thorp, died Friday, Nov. 7, 2008, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2008, at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig's Catholic Church in Thorp, Wis. Burial will follow in New St. Hedwig's Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a 7:30 p.m. rosary service, Monday, Nov. 10, at the Thorp Funeral Home, and from 9:30 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the church.

Ted A. Kaszubowski, 90, of Thorp died Friday, Nov. 7, 2008, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Eau Claire.

Funeral services are at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, at St. Bernard - St. Hedwig's Catholic Church, Thorp.

Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Thorp Funeral Home with a 7:30 p.m. rosary. Visitation also will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until time of the service at the church. Kaszubowski was born Aug. 27, 1918, in the town of Taft to Alex and Irene (Cerwinski) Kaszubowski. He married Marcella Depa on Nov. 13, 1948. Together, they farmed in the town of Thorp and retired in 1982.

He is survived by his wife, Marcella, of Thorp; his children Carol Kaszubowski of Thorp, Betty (Louis, Jr.) Stokosa of Lublin, Pat (Neil) Alger of Thorp and Linda (Mike)) Jordan of Lafayette, Ind.; 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He is further survived by two brothers Stanley (Sophie) Kaszubowski of Thorp and Alex Kaszubowski of Superior and one sister Irene (Buster) Heinle of Jim Falls.
