Schuld, Frank (19 NOV 1879 - 29 NOV 1943)

Frank Schuld, 64-year-old bachelor farmer of Lake county, South Dakota, passed away Monday morning, Nov. 29, after several weeks illness. The body was shipped here, where funeral services will be held from St. Anthony’s Catholic church on Friday morning, Dec. 3, at 9 a.m. Interment will be made in the parish cemetery.

Mr. Schuld was born at Jefferson on Nov. 19, 1879. He lived in that vicinity until he went to South Dakota with his brother about 30 years ago. The two men have operated a farm six miles north of Madison, S.D., since then. It was in September that Mr. Schuld was taken ill, and he has been failing since that time, receiving care in Madison for the past several weeks.

He was a member of the Catholic church at Badus, near Ramona, S.D.

Survivors include two brothers Otto and Albert of Madison S. D., and one sister, Mrs. E. H. Christensen of Marshfield.

Mrs. Otto Schuld drove to Sioux Falls, S. D., Monday evening, accompanied by Otto Schuld, Albert Schuld and Mrs. E. H. Christiansen, who left via train for Loyal. They arrived here Tuesday afternoon.

Mrs. Christiansen had spent the past five weeks with her brother before his death.
