Crowley, Nancy #2 (24 JAN 1948)

Miss Nancy Lou Crowley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Crowley of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of John Paul Stock, son of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Stock of Withee, on Saturday, Jan. 24th, 1948, at a marriage ceremony performed at Neillsville.

Maid of honor was Miss Rose Stock, Withee, sister of the groom. Both the bride and Miss Stock were attired in suits and wore corsages of pink carnations and white roses.

Attending the groom as best man was a close friend, Charles Pralguske of Withee.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the groom’s parents for relatives of both families.

The newly married couple plan on making their home in Chicago, where the groom has employment and they expect to leave Owen tomorrow.
