Kozak, Mary Ann (28 FEB 1948)
On Saturday, Feb. 28, 1948, at 2:30 p.m., a wedding ceremony was performed at St. Simon’s Evangelical Lutheran Parsonage, Chicago, Ill., by Rev. Wittman, when Miss Mary Ann Kozal, daughter of Mrs. Kozak, Weyerhauser, Wis., became the bride of Elmer W. Baehr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Baehr, Withee (Clark Co.), Wis. The bride wore an ice blue suit with a beautiful shoulder corsage and black accessories. Their only attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Franskiewicz.
At 6:30 a reception was held for members of the immediate families and a few fiends at the home of the groom’s brother-in-law and sister, Mrs. and Mrs. Paul Knoppel, Elmwood Park, Ill.
The young couple have the best wishes of a host of relatives and friends for a very happy, blissful, wedded life. They are both employed in Chicago, and are now at home in an apartment at 3246 W. LeMayne St. Relatives from Withee who attended the ceremony were Mrs. Geo. Baehr and son, Vernon, and Mrs. T. J. Nevala.
