Barth, Lorraine “Lorrie” Barbara (20 August 1932 - 6 August 2013)

Lorraine “Lorrie” Barbara Barth passed away on August 6, 2013, at her home in Darien, Illinois. Visitation was Friday, August 9, 2013, from 8:30 a.m. to time of prayers at 9:45 a.m. at Modell Funeral Home, 7710 South Cass Avenue, Darien, to Our Lady of Peace Church Mass at 10:30 a.m. Her burial was at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, which is where her husband, Conrad, is to be buried.

Lorraine was born August 20, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Edward and Rose Kondelik. On October 20, 1962, she was united in marriage to Conrad Oscar Barth. They were married for 50 years. Lorraine started her career working in a bank in Chicago. She then went to work for Trans World Airlines. She enjoyed traveling and took many trips with friends. She took many pictures and loved animals.

Lorraine is survived by one brother, James Kondelik, of Phoenix, Arizona, and one niece, Carolyn, of Austin Texas.
