The Ladies’ Aid of the Ev. Lutheran church will meet on Thursday, Oct. 19, at the parish hall. Mrs. Walter Krueger and Mrs. Clarena Geary will serve.

A 1/c Clyde Peissig of Laughlon Air Force Base, Del Rio, Texas, and A 3/3 Clayton Peissig of McClellan Air Force Base, Calif., are home on a 30-day leave with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Peissig.

Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Block and sister, Mrs. Margaret Iverson of Oconomowoc, former village residents, called on friends here Monday.
