Buell, Loys Luther (18 Dec. 1886 - 22 Nov. 1957)

Funeral services for Loys Luther Buell of Abbotsford, Wisconsin, age 70, who died Friday at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital were held Sunday at the Zink Funeral Home in Abbotsford; Rev. Harold Welch, pastor of Salem Evangelical United Brethren church of Dorchester, officiating, and burial was made in the Abbotsford cemetery.

Mr. Buell was born on December 18, 1886, in Bangor, N.Y. he received his education in La Crosse where he later worked as a street car conductor for eight years. He then moved to the town of Holton, where he farmed until 1954 when he built a house in Abbotsford where he had since resided.

He is survived by his wife, the former Bessie Mead, whom he married in Neillsville on October 25, 1913; three daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Florence) Schrader of Dorchester, Mrs. Charles (Alice) Sievert of Stratford and Mrs. Ethel Reichersamer of Abbotsford; five grand children and three great grand children.
