Colby, Wis. - Nov. 21, 1957

A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Donald J. Kaiser at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital November 18.

Pvt. Stanley Vrana is at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Vrana, after completing six months of infantry training at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Runzheimer and children visited with the latter’s brother, Rev. Harold Parsch, and family in Shawano Sunday.

Edmund Thede of Colby and Nyle Thede of Owen attended funeral services for the former’s mother, Mrs. Cecilia Aggen, age 88, at New Holstein, October 14.

Mr. and Mrs. William Miller returned to California after visiting relatives in Colby and Owen. He is a brother of the late Ernest Miller. His whereabouts were unknown for over 30 years.

Laurie Jean Lambert, infant daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Lloyd Lambert of La Crosse, was christened during the service at Mt. Calvary Lutheran church Sunday, Nov. 10. Grand parents of Laurie Jean are Rev. and Mrs. M. C. Goetsch of Merrill and Mrs. Emma Lambert of Sturgeon Bay, Wis. Mrs. Lambert spent many years in the Colby area.
