Mrs. Matt Allar is a patient at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital.

Miss Gertrude Lueloff returned home from the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital.

Mrs. William Koffarnus, Jr., has been dismissed from the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. John Pacholke of Cable, formerly of Colby, visited here Monday.

Frank Schwantes of Anchorage, Alaska, visited his aunt, Mrs. Anna Rienow, Monday.

Mrs. Ervin Kademan underwent an operation at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital and is getting along nicely.

A daughter was born January 9th to Mr. and Mrs. David Frane of Colby at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital.

A son was born to Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Makovec of Colby, Route 2, at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital January 12.

Mr. and Mrs. David Loos of St. Paul spent the week-end with the former’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. L. Loos.

Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Farning visited at Greenwood Sunday at the Arthur Sythe home and with Miss Iola Farning.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Sachse were dinner and supper guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bedroske of Dorchester Sunday.

A baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. Milford Ewert January 9 at Spring Lake, N.C., where Mr. Ewert is stationed with the U.S. Army. The grand parents of the little girl are Mr. and Mrs. Art Ewert of Colby, Route 2, and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Stasek of Owen.
