Funeral services for Adolph Meyer, 82, who died October 28, were held Saturday, October 31, at 1:30 p.m. from St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Norman W. Lindloff officiating. Burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

Thomas Bobrofsky sang “Asleep in Jesus” and “The Lord is My Shepherd,” accompanied by Victor Lehmann. Pallbearers were: Tony Hantke, Paul Jacob, Alvin Jacob, Walter Oldham, John Poppe and Art Ackerman.

People from out-of-town who attended the services included: Mr. and Mrs. Ed Meyer, Ed Meyer, Jr., Mr and Mrs. James Meyer, and Mrs. Neil Smith, all of Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Maxson, Bay City, Mich.; Mrs. Erwin Noeldner, Mrs. John Lindner and Wilber Lindner, all of Loyal.
