PROBATE NOTICE

State of Wisconsin, County Court for Clark County, In Probate.

In RE WILL of Karen Johnson, Deceased.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That at the regular term of the County Court to be held in and for said County, at the Court House in the City of Neillsville, in said County on the first Tuesday, (being the first day) of April, 1930, at ten o’clock, A.M. the following matter will be heard and considered:

The application of Albert Johnson to admit to probate the last will and testament of Karen Johnson, late of the Town of Mayville in said County, deceased and for letters testamentary there-on to be issued to F. W. Laabs of Curtiss, Wisconsin.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN, That at the special term of said Court to be held at said Court House, on the second Tuesday (being the eight day) of July, 1930, there will be heard, considered and adjusted, all claims against said Karen Johnson, deceased:

AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN, That all such claims for examination and allowance must be presented to said County Court at the Court House in the Cirty of Neillsville, in said County and State, on or before the seventh day of July, 1930, or be barred.
