Swim, Grace (9 AUG 1947)

At the First Methodist Church in Waukesha, Wis., Saturday, Aug. 9th, 1947, the Rev. Harry lee and Mrs. Grace Swim of Thorp (Clark Co.), Wis., were united in marriage by the Rev. O. L. Merritt, pastor of the church.

Their attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lear of Waukesha.

The chapel of the church was tastefully decorated with flowers, a gift of the pastor, and illuminated with candles.

After the ceremony, the wedding group enjoyed a dinner at the Comer Tea Room in Waukesha. Returning home to Thorp, Saturday evening, they were sent on their way by the good wishes of relatives and friends and showers of rice. They will reside in Thorp.
