Kramer, Fred (19 Feb. 1855 - 12 Sept. 1935)

Fred Kramer, aged 80 years, died at the Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital, Thursday, at 1:20 P.M. of complications and old age.

Funeral services were held at the home of his son, Anton, Town of Holton, on Monday afternoon at 1 o’clock, and at the Lutheran church in Abbotsford at 2 o’clock, the Rev. J. Brandt officiating. Internment was made in the Town of Holton cemetery.

Mr. Kramer was born in Germany, and at the age of seventeen years came to America. He was united in marriage to Minnie March of Oshkosh, who preceded him in death fifteen years ago. About fifty years ago he purchased a piece of land in the Town of Holton where he resided until fifteen years ago, when he moved to Abbotsford, Wis.

He leaves to mourn his death, three sons, Richard and Anton of the Town of Holton and Ernest of the town of Johnson; one daughter, Mrs. Herman Johnson of the Town of Holton; fourteen grandchildren and two brothers.
