Oh! What! A pie social
where at the Wilmer schoolhouse. When? Friday night, Sept. 25th. Given by the
Ladies Aid. Ladies, bring pies, men, money. Coffee served free. Come!
Mrs. Welsh helped Mrs. Vinger cook for silo fillers.
Anyone wanting a
good top buggy, see Palmer Vinger.
Gordy family spent Sunday at the
Flikke home.
Preaching next Sunday at West Beaver at 2:30. Come and bring
your friends.
There was a cheese meeting at the schoolhouse last Thursday
evening. Quite a good turnout.
Quite a nice crowd was at church service
Friday night. Let's have more. Preaching again Friday night, Oct. 2nd. Everybody
is welcome.
Little Bernice Flikke was on the sick list, but is better at
this writing.
