Lowe, Lucy (10 OCT 1906)

Rice performing the ceremony in the presence of only immediate families of the contracting parties, the ceremonies being as simple and unpretentious as they could be mad. The groom is from southern Wisconsin where he was engaged in teaching in a graded school for a number of years, but now a postal clerk running from Chicago to Minneapolis. The bride has been raised in Neillsville, graduated in the class of 1900 from the high school and graduated from the Western Conservatory of music of Chicago in 1904, also studied at Columbia School of Expression in Chicago.

Elegant presents were bestowed upon the young couple. They left on the 12:22 train for Chicago and other point and will be at home at 504 Madison St., Waukesha, after Nov. 1st.
